Calming Effex (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides services including, but not limited to, Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE®), Life Coaching, Breathwork, and Wellness Workshops. These Terms govern your use of our website and participation in our services.

  • Not interfere with the site’s security, servers, or networks

  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems

We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate your use if you violate these terms.

3. Services & Bookings

  • All services must be booked in advance, subject to availability.

  • Session fees are payable in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but bookings made prior to price changes will be honored at the original rate.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
  • For workshops or multi-session packages, specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Any cancelations or rescheduling, should take place atleast 48 hours before the booked appointment, otherwise the full fee will be charged for.

    Our services are designed for educational and personal development purposes. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Please consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical or mental health concerns.

    Participation in TRE®, breathwork, or other practices may involve physical or emotional responses. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own well-being during and after sessions.

    Calming Effex, its practitioners, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our services or use of our website.
